Nice to meet you

About AJ

From political science to brand strategy, with a few pivots along the way, my journey has been about making ideas come alive. Whether it’s a brand identity, a custom website, or a business idea, I’m here to build, grow, and leave things better than I found them.

My professional journey

  1. The foundation

I began my career with a degree in political science and soon discovered my knack for business strategy, leading me to earn an MBA from FIU. Those early days taught me how big ideas can shape real-world impact, which I’ve applied throughout my journey.

  2. The craft

Fast forward to today, I’m the Director of Custom Websites at DoorLoop, where I’ve built our websites division from the ground up. It’s a role that combines my love for strategic problem-solving with a hands-on approach to building digital experiences.

  3. The venture

Alongside my work at DoorLoop, I founded Zossoz, a consultancy that helps brands find their voice and stand out. It’s where I get to do what I love most, help businesses tell their stories.

The personal side

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to Mazi and father to Yael and Diana. My daughters keep me grounded and remind me daily why I strive to build a better world. We’re a close-knit family rooted in Jewish tradition, and those values shape everything I do, from my career to my community involvement.

You’ll also find me cheering on the Miami Heat, catching a Dolphins game, or catching up on the latest in branding and business strategy. I’m deeply connected to my Jewish heritage, passionate about my community, and always repping Miami pride.

What I stand for

Core values

Community

From professional networks to the Jewish community I grew up in, I invest in the people around me.

Innovation

I can’t leave a clunky process alone. If there’s a better way to do something, I’ll find it and build it.

Integrity

My work is a reflection of my values, and I believe in doing the right thing, for my clients, my family, and my community.

Empathy

Good products and good relationships both start with understanding what the other person is dealing with.
